Return Policy

You may return any Shop products within 30 days of the purchase date for a refund of the purchase price  (Shipping fee will not be refunded). The return item must be in new and working condition as well as in its original packaging. Shop does not provide return shipping labels for returns. Please include all original items in your return shipment. Incomplete returns may not be eligible for a full refund. No returns will be accepted after 30 days have passed. A 15% or more restocking fee will be applied to return items.

Refunds will be applied to the original payment method that was used and are generally issued within 3 business days of receiving all returned items. Depending on which bank the customer belongs to, they may require additional processing time to reflect the refund to your account.

For customers with purchases that cannot be refunded to the original form of payment—like visa gift cards—will instead receive the full refund in store credit for Shop.

Warranty and Defective Returns: Our warranty covers defective or malfunctioning products, and products that were damaged during shipping. If you have been issued one of these products, we may request you return the defective part to us. In these cases, Shop will pay for the return shipping labels.

Shop has a 1-year warranty for all our LED lights, and lighting equipment—and a 1-year warranty for all car and auto parts. The warranty starts on the date of original purchase, and ends one year after the date of original purchase—even if it was replaced during that warranty period.

If a product is found to be defective or malfunctioning, Shop requires photo documentation and order confirmation to expedite the warranty process.

All replacement orders issued 180 days after the initial purchase date will be charged for shipping. For return items over 6 months past their purchase date we can only offer a partial refund. Our warranty does not cover misuse—or general wear and tear—of Shop products; all products are for their intended purposes only.
